Drug Function
Aceclofenac (100 mg) NSAID – reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.
Paracetamol (325 mg) Analgesic & antipyretic – helps relieve pain and fever through central nervous system action.
Serratiopeptidase (15 mg) Proteolytic enzyme – reduces swelling and inflammation by breaking down inflammatory proteins and promoting tissue repair.
